We are looking for a candidate that has previous Help Desk/Service Desk experience, and who will provide first-level IT support to Clients and troubleshoot technical issues. This is a great opportunity for a person with good command of Bulgarian (B2/C1).
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous experience in a Help Desk | Service Desk environment supporting computer software and hardware or handling customer technical support
- Use of the Bulgarian language at a very good level (language necessary to work with project documentation, contacts within the company – work in an international team)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
- Good command of English or German would be a big plus
TASKS:
- Registering and handling service orders
- Technical support for users of IT systems and solving problems related to hardware and software
- Implementation of new IT solutions
- Process, incident, and IT service management
- Creating technical documentation and instructions
