We are looking for experienced candidates who are familiar with the enova365 system and the specifics of the work of implementing ERP systems in the HR and Payroll area. Expectations:
- Experience in project management, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of an ERP system – enova365
- Knowledge of business processes related to the functioning of companies in the field of HR and payroll
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 – for contacts with clients, participation in international projects)
- Good MS Excel skills
- Experience in collaborating in multinational environment will be a plus
- Basic knowledge of SQL will be nice to have
- Payroll and Human Resources Certificate will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Customer needs analysis in terms of implemented solutions in the Payroll area
- Delivering complex and innovative solutions within enova365 system
- Modeling and improving business processes
- Performing data migration to the enova365 system
- Analyzing and solving reported problems with the system
- Reviewing and reconciling payrolls
- Creating technical documentation and reports
- Close cooperation with a team of consultants and programmers on changes and implementation of the ERP system
